Return Policy
Fauzia allows returns of defective items ordered online provided the items are in their original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, and unaltered, original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns, customers should reach out to our customer care number mentioned on the website in the CONTACT section. To be able to make a return or get the outfit altered, customers must provide us with their online order ID along with a valid reason for return or alteration within seven (7) days of receiving their order. After 7 days, the request will not be entertained.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
